Thoughtless Existence

This work attempts to drew parallels between art and biology (anatomy), intentionally depicting the heart anatomically incorrect or 'imperfect'. Inspired by my childhood, this piece reflects a belief of mine that I'm more right brained (emotional, creative) than left brained (logical, factual) something which is deemed 'unmasculine' on the grounds that if men express emotions they are weak and labelled "gay" or "effeminate" and their thoughts, if not logical considered unless purposeless.
